WordPress websites often run with many plugins. Every plugin can slow the site down and can be a security risk. You need to update WordPress and every plugin regularly, or the site becomes vulnerable. Framer needs no plugins and no updates from your side. The system takes care of security and speed itself.
Maintenance and cost
A WordPress website needs ongoing maintenance: updates, backups and sometimes a developer for repairs. These costs often show up only after launch. Framer runs without this ongoing maintenance. You pay a fixed price for the build and afterwards only a small monthly fee for hosting.
