Netconnect supports companies with IT projects, digitalization, and energy efficiency with its own software, measurement technology, and strategic consulting. As the company evolved and expanded, the existing WordPress website could no longer meet the new requirements. We developed a completely new digital platform for Netconnect: from the visual identity and page structure to every single text.

Netconnect had developed from a classic IT service provider to a competency partner for digitalization and energy efficiency. The service portfolio had grown, the positioning had become more focused, and the target groups had expanded – from purely IT projects to energy monitoring, subsidy consulting, and strategic consulting.
The existing website based on WordPress did not reflect any of this. The structure was tailored to the old range of services, the design looked outdated, and content management was cumbersome. New services such as the proprietary energy efficiency monitoring system EEMS found no adequate place. Visitors could not grasp the full potential of the company—and Netconnect could not convey online what they accomplish for their customers today.
Short: The website was no longer the company behind it.
Our solution
We have reimagined the digital presence of Netconnect from the ground up—not as a redesign of the old site, but as a strategic rebuild that consistently reflects the current company philosophy.
In the first step, we worked together with the Netconnect team to develop the site structure: Which services need their own pages? How do we guide visitors from an overview to making contact? How do we position the EEMS product in such a way that the added value becomes immediately tangible?
On this basis, we have developed a clean, modern design that reflects the breadth of the service portfolio without appearing overloaded. Each area—from IT services to digitalization to energy efficiency—has its clearly defined place.
We have rewritten all the texts: precise, tailored to the target groups, and with a clear thread running from the homepage to contact. Technically, the new platform is based on Next.js and Storyblok—allowing the Netconnect team to manage and expand content independently without needing a developer for every change.
The result: a website that finally shows what Netconnect is today – not what they were five years ago.
