Miss Soapie is a Graz-based soap manufactory by Mag. Dr. Ute Wölfler - handmade, cold-processed soaps, vegan and palm oil-free. Her existing WordPress/WooCommerce shop had reached its limits: slow, error-prone and a constant source of stress when managing products. We delivered a complete relaunch for Miss Soapie: a clean, modern web design and a new e-commerce platform on Shopify - so Ute can focus on her craft, not her website.

When technology holds back craftsmanship.

Ute Wölfler handcrafts every soap herself - in small batches, with organic oils and without palm oil. The products are premium quality, the customer reviews speak for themselves. But the WordPress/WooCommerce online shop told a different story: slow loading times, cumbersome product management and a design that reflected neither the quality of the soaps nor the philosophy behind them.

The challenge was clear. Ute is a soap maker, not a web developer - yet her old system constantly demanded technical intervention. Uploading product images, managing variants, processing orders: every task was a battle against the system. At the same time, the online shop wasn't doing the brand justice. Miss Soapie stands for craftsmanship, sustainability and attention to detail - the digital presence communicated none of that.

Ute didn't need another WordPress fix. She needed a platform that works as intuitively as her craft.

New look, new platform. Zero headaches.

We conceived and delivered a complete relaunch for Miss Soapie - from web design to the finished Shopify platform.

The new design gives the brand the face it deserves: clean, premium and as personal as the soaps themselves. Product photography takes center stage, and the philosophy behind the manufactory - sustainability, craftsmanship, organic quality – is felt from the very first scroll. Instead of visual clutter, a clear structure guides visitors from the homepage through product categories to checkout.

The migration from WordPress/WooCommerce to Shopify fundamentally changed Ute's day-to-day operations. Adding products, swapping images, managing orders - everything now works intuitively without any technical know-how. No plugin chaos, no update conflicts, no dependence on external developers for everyday tasks.

The impact extends beyond the website: since the relaunch, the new professional presence has opened doors to business relationships that simply wouldn't have been possible with the old shop.

For Ute, this means: a digital presence that showcases her soaps as beautifully as they deserve - and a platform she can manage herself, instead of fighting against it.
